The Miami Open, commonly referred to as the Miami Masters, is a professional tennis competition held in Miami Gardens, Florida. It forms the second leg of the “Sunshine Double,” a prestigious sequence of two premier hard court tournaments held in the United States immediately after the Indian Wells Open in early spring. Each year, the outdoor hard courts host the ATP 1000 event in late March or early April.

Serena Williams has won the most Miami Open titles in the tournament’s history with eight followed by Novak Djokovic and Andre Agassi (6) each.
